Shadow box long toss throwing drill
Your Result:
10.84"

The Peak Performance Range for lead foot placement is (PEAK PERFORMANCE RANGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT OUT) inches.

The lead foot placement should be on a slightly closed angle when compared to the back foot that is on the pitching rubber.

If the lead foot is too open, you will open your hips too soon in the pitching delivery and all your hip rotation velocity (power) will be lost. This will put too much stress on the arm and shoulder to create ball velocity.

If the lead foot is too closed, this locks the front hip and doesn’t allow you to use your hips for power which puts too much stress on the arm and shoulder to create ball velocity.
