| Run from the deep left field foul line to opposite foul line in right field. | |
| Once you reach the three quarter point to the opposite foul line, walk to the foul line and repeat. | |
| You should rest between each set for a period of time equal to twice the time it takes to complete the Conditioning routine. (60 seconds to run, 120 seconds to recover.) | |
