  Coach's Notes

          Three quarter foul line runs
Run at 85-90% of your maximum sprint speed.
Run from the deep left field foul line to opposite foul line in right field.
Once you reach the three quarter point to the opposite foul line, walk to the foul line and repeat.
You should rest between each set for a period of time equal to twice the time it takes to complete the Conditioning routine. (60 seconds to run, 120 seconds to recover.)
