Training Guidelines
Dynamic Warm Ups
  Select the Physical Conditioning link in the left panel to see your complete routine.

This program should be completed 3 times a week with at least one day of rest between sessions.
Relievers may train in the afternoon allowing three to four hours rest prior to game.
Warm up prior to your workout.
Stay hydrated during these hot summer days – bring a water bottle with you to exercise and finish it while exercising.
Proper form during the exercise is more important than handling heavier weights.
You may find you have sore muscles after the first week on the program – but don’t let that stop you now.
