This program should be completed 3 times a week with at least one day of rest between sessions. |
| Relievers may train in the afternoon allowing three to four hours rest prior to game. | |
| Warm up prior to your workout. | |
| Stay hydrated during these hot summer days – bring a water bottle with you to exercise and finish it while exercising. | |
| Proper form during the exercise is more important than handling heavier weights. | |
| You may find you have sore muscles after the first week on the program – but don’t let that stop you now. | |
